  I m very dissapointed du service. I ordered funeral flowers . The flowers I ordered they offer the standard, deluxe and premiun service. Deluxe service include 6 roses and premiun service 12 roses. I paid more to have roses, my bill show is Deluxe product. They send me the standard service with no roses. I can understand people make mistakes so I called nicely to inform and they were very rude with me saying that the Deluxe service doesnt include roses. I explained and I asked them to check the product online and see that is very clear the information that Deluxe is more expensive than standard product and show the 6 roses and that was the reason I ordered Deluxe. After 15 minutes discussing with the owner they said they were going to send the 6 roses to the funeral. They never apologized, they not even care it was for a funeral. They sent the 6 yellow roses to the funeral. The roses were very small, old and not beautiful. Also the pictures on their website show a nice white basket in ceramic. The flowers came in ugly plastic basket. The worst experience in my life.

  We got arrangements for our father's funeral. The owner was very kind and really worked with us to find the best setup.

  I went into the store a sympathy flower arrangement to be sent to Laval. I asked for 200$ in flowers plus tax and delivery, for a total of about 250$ give or take. I specifically asked for not just white flowers. The arrangement delivered looks like 80$ in flowers. Not to say it wasn;t nice, just not at all what I was expecting and a complete rip-off. Very disappointed.

  I went in and was greated warmly- a women helped me pick out two wonderful plants for my house and gave me a great deal - will defiantly be going back - she even brought the plants to my car for me -great service

  I am absolutely thrilled with this florist. It was easy to order online and my Aunt received her flowers and is so happy. She is 82 and this made her day. Service quality of flowers and price excellent Thank You We will definitely use this florist for all our flowers in future.
