  Went here today to find out dimensions of a fridge that we bought at the brick in the west island for our kitchen contractor. Kathy z. Refused to give us dimensions and told us to go back to the salesman at the brick in the west island to get them. She was extremely rude and couldn't help us for 2 minutes because she couldn't make a sale. Thankfully there was a nice salesman who took 5 minutes of his time to help. Very disappointed with the customer service we received from Kathy z., especially after purchasing a fridge, oven, and dishwasher from another brick.

  The entire process from shopping for the furniture to delivery was impeccable. We were helped by Leo who was very pleasant and assisted us with the selection process. The delivery of the furniture came on time and within the delivery time frame. The delivery guys were great and laid out a rug so they wouldn't get the floors dirty in our new house. Installation guys were professional and had no problems there either. The only issue was that we should have listened to Leo when he said we should get the low profile mattress set because after setting up the bed, it was SO high! I called the brick a couple hours after it was set up to see if we could exchange it and we got it exchanged with no hassle and no extra charge! Highly recommend this place to anybody look for quality, furniture/appliances at a great price. Will definitely be back when we are ready to upgrade our other appliances.

  I had one of the worst customer experiences ever from an employee named MAROUANE. He was not that knowledgeable at all - he often gave me prices different from the quoted prices displayed on their online website, which made me think that he was trying to cheat me. Also he was extremely rude and impatient. First I only took about 30 minutes of his precious time; and I was buying an entire bed set, a dining set, and a couch set - which was a big purchase for me. He was rushing me to make decisions instead of trying to help narrow down the choices. At one point, his exact words were: "Ok just make a decision. What's the big deal?" I should have left the store then and there instead of buying them all and giving him a fat commission. What a disgrace of a customer service. I truly hope he's unemployed.

  EDIT: so I had to edit this post because today I had a different mattress delivered and the delivery guys were horrible. They weren't going to do the exchange because I never got a bag to put the old set in. When they finally did bring it in ... they destroyed the walls bringing the mattress up. I now have to get 5 walls plastered and repainted because there are dents scratches and grime all over them.

  As I approach the Client service desk I heard a manager arguing with a rep. regarding a client which was standing to an ear-shout distance from them, the manager was very upset and didn't hide his frustation.
