  Pretty disappointed... Hired them because of what seemed to be great customer service, and a great price. After our quote was signed, communication started lacking, having to email 3 times & call to get an answer to a question. The packers & movers showed up 2 hours late, after having to call dispatch and ask where they were. When delivered they sent one guy to unload an entire truck with his girlfriend, my husband helped move the heavy things into our house. As we're unpacking, we notice a few things dented, boxes that say master bedroom ... Downstairs in our basement. Curtains thrown in the boxes all wrinkled. All our closest clothes in hanging wardrobe boxes but NOT hanging.. Just thrown in wherever. Boxes packed with all different things in the same box... Toys randomly thrown in with clothes etc. They didn't repack things in old boxes... just kinda taped them so boxes all have holes and are falling apart. Though, I will say the packers were very fast & very kind.. Same with the man & his girlfriend who delivered our things, but that's really all I can say... We just wish we had a better experience.

  I used Westmount Moving for the transportation of furniture and the service was great! They confirmed all logistics prior to the date of transport as well as the day of. The employee that called was polite, curteous and very helpful. I would definately recommend Westmount Moving for any kind of moving project.

  Before moving, they used to be fast and helpful in responding messages and e-mails... After moving, in order to solve issues caused by them, they simply don't answer phones, don't return calls... very disappointing...

  They were slow, they kept swearing all the time, more than 30 new hangers simply disappeared, they were not careful in entering into the new house and left my walls dirty and damaged the master bedroom floor.They are very expensive and at the end of the day I never got credited on my AirMiles by them, even though I call them and send messages everyday (for the last 2 months). It's just ridiculous!

  Dwayne and his team could not have given us better service. I helped my parents downsize this week. Westmount movers packed up my parents home, held on to the items for a week while we got their new place ready, and delivered them and unpacked all without a hitch. They were uber careful with all the items, with the condition of the homes we were leaving and moving to, laying runners down as necessary. I would hire these guys without hesitation!
