  I rented an apartment in Lasalle from a realtor from here, I found them on realtor. ca. I thought it would be better to go through them instead of craigslist, maybe I would deal with professionals and maybe I would get a good apartment. She showed me the apartment when neighbours werent home, so the place was quiet. I asked the realtor then the owner of the building, a hundred times if it was a quiet place, saw the apartment a few times, always showed when neighbours weren't home. Signed the lease, moved in.. I can hear the neighbours snoring, clearing their throat, and everything they do. Talking, music, tv. I got lied to then stuck in a lease. I wouldnt recommend the realtors from here or trust them when asking any questions about an apartment. Always ask to see your apartment when youre neighbors are home, especially in Lasalle as some apartments have no insulation and landlords who will take advantage of you, lying before you sign a lease, they dont hold up their end but youre stuck paying rent for a place you have no peace in.
